President of the Senate, Senator Ahmed Lawan has commiserated with former Senate Leader, Victor Ndoma-Egba over the death of his wife.
The deceased, Mrs Amaka Ndoma-Egba lost her life alongside six others after she was involved in a motor crash along Ore road.
Lawan, in a statement signed by Ola Awoniyi, his Special Adviser (Media) expressed sadness over the tragic incident.
“I commiserate with Senator Ndoma-Egba over the sudden death of his wife.
“My heart goes out to the former Senate Leader and his family over this tragic incident and pray God to grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss,” the statement added.
The Senate President also prayed for the repose of Amaka Ndola-Egba’s soul and that Almighty God grants her eternal rest.
