Nigeria has recorded its lowest daily coronavirus infections in almost seven months with 58 new cases reported on Sunday, according to This is according to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC)
Plateau recorded 18 of the 58 cases, followed by Lagos with 15, Katsina with 10 and Ogun 5.
The rest are: “Kaduna – 4, Edo – 3, Ekiti – 1, FCT – 1, Ondo – 1”
According to the agency, the total confirmed caseload is 59,345, of which 50,768 cases have been discharged and 1,113 deaths recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
