House of Representatives member, Hon. Barr. Omowumi Olubunmi Ogunlola, has trained 51 members in her constituency on various entrepreneurial skills.
Omowumi, who represents Ekiti Central Federal Constituency II (Ijero/Efon/Ekiti West) in the National Assembly, stated this during the graduation ceremony of the trainees in Aramoko-Ekiti.
The training was done in collaboration with the National Biotechnology Development Agency.
51 persons were trained in various skills ranging from tye and dye fabrics (Adire) and paint making, with practical sessions.

The empowered constituents who are from Ile Ona (Aramoko), Ogboni (Ikoro), Orisunmibare (Ijero), Iwaji (Efon), Ajindo (Okemesi), Oko Owa (Ipoti), Baba Oriole (Odo Owa), and other farm settlements across the three local government of her Federal Constituency thanked the lawmaker, saying that she has demonstrated virtues of a true leader.
The participants were given certificates of attendance, starter packs and start-up funds.
