…Says morning jogging panacea to human well-being

Indigenous people of Ifaki-Ekiti and non indigenes, has been urged to imbibe the habit of morning exercise which is a panacea to physical well-being of the people.
His Royal Majesty, Oba John Adegbenro Falore, Odekuulekun, Asoludero AJIGBADE III, Olufaki of Ifaki-Ekiti, gave out the words of wisdom while embarking on a morning jogging across the nook and cranny of the community on thursday saw large turnout from residents and road users.
The monarch canvassed for timely keep fit exercise, saying the physical well-being of the people is his watchword anyday and anytime.
We can all experience good health when our body muscular system is properly functioning and active, he added.
Meanwhile, the Eyemuju of Ifaki-Ekiti, Head of the Women, King’s Wife and several women praised Oba Adegbenro for taking them out on the light exercise. Praise and worship with Prayers to God to give the king long life was ushered too.
Those who walked with Oba Adegbenro expressed confidence and supportive co-operation for the next edition of the exercise.
The large turnout of the keep fit exercise had elderly people, youths from the four quarters of the community will continue with the directive of the organizers.
