Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the APC has won Saturday’s presidential election held in Kogi State, defeating Atiku Abubakar of the PDP.

Tinubu polled 240,751 votes to beat Atiku of the PDP, who scored 145,104 votes, while Peter Obi of the Labour Party garnered 56,217 votes to come third, while Rabiu Kwankwaso of the NNPP got 4,238 votes.

In Abia State, Obi polled 327,095 votes to win the state by a wide margin, while Atiku came second with 22,676 votes and Tinubu, with 8,914 votes.

Kwankwaso of the NNPP scored 1,239 votes.
