Senator Dino Melaye, the governorship candidate of the People Democratic Party (PDP) has been declared the winner of his polling unit.
All Nigeria Latest News reports that Melaye pulled 210 votes to defeat Ahmed Ododo, the All Congress candidate, who garnered 22 votes while Leke Abejide of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) scored 7 votes.
The Social Democratic Party, People’s Redemption Party, African Democratic Party and National Rescue Movement got 001, 002, 001 and 001 respectively.
Only 252 out of 819 registered voters were accredited, indicating a low voter turnout at the polling unit.
Recall that the PDP standard bearer alongside his followers boycotted the exercise.
