A man in France confessed to killing his three children and turned himself in, according to prosecutors and a police source.
The incident unfolded in Dieppe (Seine-Maritime), where the father reported the crime.
The bodies of two children were discovered in Alfortville, a southeastern suburb of Paris, where the father resided.
The prosecutor confirmed the two deaths, revealing that the children were stabbed to death.
The father, born in 1982, had a prior domestic violence conviction in 2021, and though a restraining order had been issued, it was later lifted.
The man is now in police custody.
